Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer

Job description

Avid Systems is seeking a Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to design, implement, and manage DevOps pipelines and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CDautomation, infrastructure-as-code, and Microsoft business applications, enabling reliable deployment and lifecycle management of enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

DevOps & CI/CD

• Design and implement Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, and release pipelines.
• Implement Power Platform ALM strategies including environment management, solution packaging, and automated deployments.
• Integrate source control (Git) with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development workflows.

Power Platform & Dynamics365 Development Support

• Support development teams working with Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Manage solution lifecycle management (ALM) including solution versioning, packaging, and promotion between environments.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Deploy and maintain infrastructure using Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep, Terraform (preferred)
• Configure and maintain Azure services supporting Power Platform solutions including:
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure API Management
  • Azure Key Vault
  • Azure Storage

Monitoring & Reliability

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance
• Implement monitoring and telemetry using: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Azure DevOps engineering
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• 3+ years experience with Dynamics 365
• Experience implementing DevOps practices for Power Platform ALM
• Strong experience with:
