Job description
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing applications and solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Azure services, and Dataverse. As a Power Platform Developer, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to design, build, and maintain custom business applications, workflows, websites, and data models that drive process automation and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Power Apps, including both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build advanced Canvas Apps with dynamic interfaces, responsive layouts, and business logic, integrating with multiple data sources.
- Develop and maintain Power Pages portals to create customer-facing websites or internal portals integrated with Microsoft Dataverse or external data sources.
- Design and manage Dataverse schemas, including entity creation, relationships, and field configurations to support business processes and data models.
- Utilize Azure Functions to handle complex workflows and processing triggered by Power Platform events or external systems.
- Implement Azure Service Bus or Azure Queues for asynchronous messaging and scalable communication between systems.
- Develop Power Automate flows for automating business processes and integrating Power Apps with Azure services and third-party platforms.
- Ensure security, scalability, and governance for Dataverse and Power Platform applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and build scalable, high-performance solutions while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Expertise in Dataverse schema design, including creating and managing entities, relationships, and field types.
- Proficiency in building Canvas Apps with custom layouts and dynamic controls integrated with Dataverse and other data sources.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Queues for process automation and integration with Power Platform applications.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse security roles, field-level security, and Azure Active Directory integration for managing access and permissions.
- Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for extending Power Pages portals and Power Apps functionality.
- Familiarity with Azure API Management, OAuth, and Azure Blob Storage for secure integration and data handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on designing scalable and efficient solutions.
