As a core module of Syncora Youth Employment Program Management System (Syncora YEPMS), it was a strong match for the Commission's operational priorities, offering an easy-to-use approach to manage applications in a clear and structured way.

The Application Tracking System consists of two key components:

  • Public-Facing Portal – an online platform where students can submit applications and track their status.
  • Intern Management System - A back-end tool that enables Commission staff to review applications, manage communications, and oversee the selection process.
